Will the coating need reapplication if I have an accident?
Yes, it will need re-applying to the panel that has been damaged and repainted. The cost is proportionate to the work required. In our experience, the insurance company concerned will always pay for the panel to be re-coated.

Why do I need a PTFE coating on my car?
1. To retain the manufacturers high gloss finish
2. To remove the need for regular polishing.
3. To prevent damage caused by airborne pollutants such as acid rain, tree sap, salt spray, bird and insect droppings, sunlight induced fading and solvent based pollution.
4. To make washing and cleaning the vehicle quicker and easier.
5. Easier to match original paint if panels are damaged.
6. Resale value enhanced as paint work is not dulled and contaminated.
7. Do you have time to wax and polish your car every 6-8 weeks or can you afford to pay someone to do it for you?             « Back
